I've had my auto and home insurance with the same company for 11 years. Being careful with my finances, before annual renewal I always shop around. Well, this year was no exception. Right as I was checking other companies, Chera mentioned her agency, and I was willing to try. "Why not, if it can save me money, I will switch,"  I thought. To begin with I was extremely pleased with the personal service and to finish my story- yes, I am with AAA now and love it!

When it comes to service, they have the best employee's working there and are always on top of everything! Before you even have to make a phone call, they have taken care of everything. Pricing is also very good. I could get USAA for about the same price and the same coverage as my AAA policy-- but AAA is what I choose to stay with because of the people. When you need answers there is always someone available to answer your questions.
